Working Principle of Ammonia Cracker
Ammonia cracker takes liquid ammonia as the raw material, and a certain flow of ammonia enters the decomposition furnace at a temperature of 800 ºC. Under the action of a catalyst, the reaction is carried out to decompose the ammonia into hydrogen and nitrogen.
This device has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, easy to use, low energy consumption, and is particularly suitable for small-scale hydrogen production. Ammonia cracking hydrogen production furnace can be used for bright annealing of metal materials and parts such as nonferrous metals, tungsten and molybdenum, silicon steel, chromium steel, and stainless steel, decarburization treatment of silicon steel sheets, copper-based and iron-based powder metallurgy sintering, hydrogen burning treatment of metal parts of electric vacuum devices, protective sintering and sealing of semiconductor devices, and raw gas for diffusion purification of hydrogen through palladium alloy films.
The raw material ammonia is easy to obtain, with low prices and less raw material consumption. Ammonia cracking to produce shielding gas has the advantages of low investment, small volume, and high efficiency.

material of corrosion-resistant, Alka-resistant, and Acid-resistant, service life is more than 10 years.
Heat preservation of the furnace is full fire structure, with the advantage of rapid temperature rise.
The heating element is made of full alloy, heating type is a plug fuse, there's no need to stop the gas when replacing
the heat elements. Alarm automatically when the pressure is too high or too low.
Above are standard fittings. The 50-1000Nm3/h ammonia decomposition generator is non-standard equipment, which can be provided according to demand. Fitting also can be upgraded according to requirement:
1. PLC programmed controller can be added, which can automatically control the conversion of various working states of the equipment.
2. Dew point detector can be added.
3. Gas content testing system can be added.
