Working principle:
The oxygen generation system is meticulously developed using the PSA (pressure swing adsorption) principle. It uses high-quality oxygen molecular sieves as adsorbents to directly separate and extract oxygen from the air at room temperature. The compressed air, which has undergone drying and purification treatment, enters the adsorption tower containing the molecular sieve. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water, and other impurities in the air are heavily adsorbed into the solid phase of the molecular sieve, while oxygen is enriched and output in the gas phase due to its low adsorption amount.
When the adsorbent reaches saturation, the pressure is reduced to allow the zeolite molecular sieve to desorb and regenerate, enabling it to be reused repeatedly. The system is equipped with two adsorption towers: one tower for oxygen production and the other for desorption and regeneration. The two towers alternate in a loop controlled by an imported PLC to achieve continuous production of high-quality oxygen.
